Ko Shannon toku Ingoa. 

Shannon started working with The Familial Trust as a student during the completion of her counselling Diploma in early 2017 and is now employed as a counsellor for both adults and youth clients. Shannon has a certificate in counselling and a diploma in counselling alongside her personal experience with addiction and recovery. Being a provisional member of NZAC and working to full membership. Shannon takes a whole person/person centered approach and believes in the spiritual and emotional healing of a person that can ripple through Whanau. "I believe the generational effects of the dis-ease of addiction can be healed and new threads can be woven. “It’s a privilege to be a part of such a strengthening mission statement and be witness to such courage and healing." 

Shannon is married and gets to share the growing of two amazing daughters. 

Hobbies - walking in nature, connection with friends and family, reading, music, relaxing, learning the art of 'being'.
