About Catriona

Catriona understands the vital role of the community sector from her experience working in national peak bodies for disability service providers in Australia (NDS) and mental health and addiction services in Aotearoa New Zealand (Platform Trust).  Catriona also understand the machinery of government from her roles at the Ministry of Health, Social Investment Agency and the Ministry for Business Innovation and Employment.

As a Service Design professional, Catriona uses her skills to ensure Familial Trust’s services continue to be whānau-centric, operationally efficient and strategically positioned for now and into the future.  She considers it a privilege to be able to contribute to an organisation that helps whānau to navigate the challenges that can come from misuse.  She hugely values that the lived experience of Familial Trust’s kaimahi means that their support comes from a place of understanding.

Catriona is a recent arrival in Christchurch and is enjoying getting to know the city and exploring the outdoors with her family.
