The Familial Trust welcomed Mike King back to Christchurch

Mike King came to Christchurch to give a free public talk about Normalising the Inner Critic - "that little voice inside our heads that's constantly second-guessing us."

Canterbury has been over the past 10 years impacted by multiple large scale traumatic events and with the COVID pandemic still very current, particularly impacting our young people. We have invited Mike down to talk as we have witnessed increasing levels of mental health distress, thoughts around self-harm, and suicide.
